For standard orders, we aim to dispatch within 5 days. For handmade collections, please allow 7 to 15 days for dispatch. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days.

Wedding Collection


Our wedding dresses typically ship within 2 to 6 months depending on the design and the progress of our communications with you.

 

For urgent orders requiring delivery within one month, please contact us in advance to confirm availability and ensure timely completion.

Custom Orders


For specially customized items, the delivery timeframe is generally 2 weeks to 2 months, varying according to the design and specific details involved.

We ship worldwide via DHL as our default carrier to ensure fast and reliable delivery, unless you have specified a preferred alternative. Note that certain restrictions may apply to some items based on destination-specific regulations.

Import Taxes


Please be aware that import taxes may apply depending on the regulations in your country. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may vary based on your location.

Return & Exchange Policy

Free Returns


We offer free returns within 7 days of receipt for a full refund if there is an issue with the item due to our error, such as a defect in quality or incorrect item sent.

Free Exchange


You may request a free exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and items must meet the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions


To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and instruction labels still attached.

  • Be in new, unworn, and undamaged condition, free from any signs of use or wear.

Please note: Handmade items, special orders, and customized items are non-refundable and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund

Once we receive your return, you can expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks, although refunds are often processed sooner. This period allows for:

  1. Transit time for your return to reach us.

  2. Processing time for your return at our facility.

  3. Processing time by your bank for the refund to appear in your account.

We will notify you via email once your return is processed and your refund has been issued.
